Manufacturing

At its head office located in the Netherlands, NKI Solutions has 14,000 m2 of production and assembly facilities and 2000 m2 of office accommodation. All GRP (glassfibre reinforced polyester) components are manufactured in NKI Solutions factory by using a vacuum moulding process. The moulds used for all GRP products are made in NKI Solutions' own factory. NKI Solutions vacuum-moulded GRP products are warranted against splitting, cracking, delamination, deformation, water permeability and colour fading for a period of 10 years after installation.
